Any ideas what we should do here? ... do we even have an email address for council? Should one person get emails on behalf of the council (please don't suggest it's the communications director!!!)

Should we use a form like this where people can direct comments or should we just have a name and email address. We should also have our mailing address but I have no idea what that is.

Information for me about using forms: Below you will see [FrontPage Save Results Component], which is the message that appears on a published website when a form is present but is not properly configured for the server the web has been published to.  Since this is a template preview, and not a "working web site," I have not configured the form.  To configure the form  right-click inside the form area and select "Form Properties" from the pop-up window.  You will most likely want the information to go to your e-mail address, so delete the contents of the "file name" box and enter in your e-mail address.  You may need to check with your hosting service to ensure that your account is configured to allow FrontPage form e-mail responses.
